Strategy & implementation for your growth

A private invitation for past clients and select businesses.

Welcome!

You’ve Been Selected for a Special Offer

I’m currently opening a limited number of Pinterest management spots and have chosen to extend this offer to a select group of businesses that I’ve personally reviewed.

If you’re here, it’s because I believe your website has the potential to generate more organic traffic from Pinterest with the right strategy in place.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all service, I work with a small number of clients at a time so every account receives the research, attention, and ongoing optimization it deserves.

For $200 USD per month, you’ll receive comprehensive Pinterest strategy and management, including a full account audit, profile and board optimization, keyword research, strategic pin creation, scheduling, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Because I work closely with every client, this invitation is available only while management openings remain.

Case Study: This client’s account has been managed through significant changes to the Pinterest platform. Rather than relying on the same tactics year after year, I continually refined the strategy by incorporating new research methods, optimizing fresh Pins, improving keyword targeting, and adapting to changes in how Pinterest understands and distributes content.
Recently, that work has begun translating into meaningful momentum.

This growth wasn’t driven by publishing a stream of new blog posts. Instead, it came from making better use of existing content through fresh, strategically optimized Pins, deeper keyword research, account optimization, and continuous performance analysis.

Today, my workflow incorporates advanced Pinterest research tools—including Pin Inspector for annotation and keyword analysis and PinClicks MCP for expanded keyword and topic research—alongside Pinterest Analytics, Pinterest Trends, and ongoing strategy refinement to help clients adapt as the platform evolves.

Every account is unique, and results will vary. While no one can guarantee specific Pinterest outcomes, this case study demonstrates the impact a research-driven, adaptable strategy can have over time.

What You’ll Receive

A Deep Pinterest Audit

Your management begins with a detailed audit of your entire Pinterest presence, not a generic checklist.

I review your profile, bio, boards, board descriptions, existing Pins, content organization, keyword signals, and historical account data to understand:

  • What has performed well in the past
  • What is currently gaining traction
  • Where visibility and traffic have declined
  • Which boards and topics are helping or limiting growth
  • Where your strongest opportunities may be How your existing content can be positioned more effectively

From there, I build a strategy around your account’s actual history, content library, audience, and growth potential.

+ Account Optimization

Using the findings from your audit, I optimize the foundation of your account so Pinterest receives clearer signals about your content.

This may include refining your profile and bio, improving board names and descriptions, reorganizing content, strengthening keyword alignment, identifying missing boards, and improving the relationship between your Pins, boards, and website.

A Strategy That Evolves With Your Account

Your strategy is not created once and then left untouched.

Continuous Monitoring and Refinement

Your account is never left on autopilot.

I continuously monitor how the account is responding, what content is gaining traction, which keywords and topics are being picked up, and where opportunities are emerging. As the account grows, I refine the strategy to support and maintain that momentum.

Pinterest growth is rarely a perfectly straight line. Accounts can slow because of seasonality, changing search behaviour, content cycles, or shifts within the platform itself.

When performance stalls, I don’t simply continue posting the same way and hope it improves. I investigate what has changed, review the data, test new approaches, and work to rebuild momentum through updated keyword research, fresh Pin positioning, board strategy, creative testing, and account optimization.

Performance is reviewed throughout the month so I can identify:

Performance Trends

I review impressions, outbound clicks, saves, engagement, and audience growth to understand what’s gaining momentum and what may need a strategic adjustment before performance declines.

Seasonal Trends & Content Timing

Pinterest users plan weeks and often months in advance. I adjust content strategy to align with seasonal search behavior, holidays, and emerging trends so your content is published when people begin searching.

Top Performing Pins

Successful Pins provide valuable insights. I identify what is resonating with your audience so those strategies can be expanded across future content.

New Growth Opportunities

As Pinterest evolves, new keyword, board, seasonal, and content opportunities emerge. I continually look for ways to expand your account’s reach beyond its current performance.

Search Visibility & Keywords

I monitor how your content is being positioned in Pinterest search and continually refine keyword targeting using Pinterest search behavior, annotations, and ongoing research to improve discoverability.

Board Health & Content Distribution

I monitor how content is distributed across your boards, identify opportunities to strengthen topical authority, and ensure your boards continue supporting your overall Pinterest strategy.

Pinterest is constantly evolving. I stay current with platform updates, new search behavior, emerging research tools, and best practices so your strategy adapts as the platform changes.

Pinterest management isn’t a “set it and forget it” service. Every month I analyze what’s working, identify what’s changed, and refine the strategy to help your account continue building momentum over time.

FAQ

If you don’t see your questions answered here don’t hesitate to email.

Many Pinterest services focus primarily on creating graphics and scheduling Pins. My approach begins with research. Every recommendation is informed by account analysis, keyword research, Pinterest search behavior, historical performance, and ongoing testing. The result is a strategy that’s tailored to your business and continually refined as Pinterest evolves.

Once you accept the offer, I’ll prepare your management agreement and send it over for review and signature. As soon as everything is in place, I’ll begin your Pinterest audit, research, and account strategy right away.

I guarantee that your Pinterest account will receive consistent, hands-on attention from a dedicated Pinterest strategist.
Every month I’ll be actively researching, monitoring, analyzing, optimizing, and refining your account based on its performance and Pinterest’s evolving search ecosystem. My commitment is to continually look for opportunities to strengthen your strategy and help your account build long-term momentum.
While no one can ethically guarantee rankings or traffic, I can guarantee that your account will never be placed on autopilot or treated like a template.

No. While fresh content is always beneficial, many businesses have a library of existing content that can continue generating traffic through strategic optimization and fresh Pinterest creative.

Your audit looks at your Pinterest account as a whole, including your profile, bio, boards, keywords, content organization, historical performance, search opportunities, and areas that may be limiting growth. The findings become the foundation of your Pinterest strategy.

Yes. Fresh, strategically optimized Pins are an important part of my management process. Every Pin is created to support your overall Pinterest strategy rather than simply increasing posting volume.

Pinterest is a long-term marketing channel rather than a quick advertising platform. Some accounts see positive movement within weeks, while others take several months to build momentum. Results depend on your niche, existing content, competition, and the overall health of your account.

Pinterest naturally experiences seasonal shifts and algorithm changes. Rather than continuing with the same strategy, I investigate what has changed, review the data, and adapt the strategy to help restore momentum whenever possible.

Yes. Every management client receives a service agreement before work begins. The agreement outlines the services provided, monthly billing, communication expectations, and the responsibilities of both parties, ensuring we start with clear expectations from day one.

You may cancel your monthly management service at any time.
To avoid your next monthly payment, please provide at least two weeks’ notice before your billing date. This allows time to complete any scheduled work and properly conclude your account.
As with most monthly service retainers, payments already received are non-refundable, as they cover work that has been planned, researched, and performed during the current billing period.

Yes—but only as a tool to improve efficiency. Every audit, strategy, keyword recommendation, optimization, and publishing decision is reviewed and directed by me. AI helps streamline parts of my workflow, but your Pinterest strategy remains human-led.

Full Disclosure

Pinterest management today looks different than it did even a few years ago.

To provide the best possible service, I use a combination of professional Pinterest tools, research platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and spend more time where it matters most, developing strategy, analyzing performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

While AI may assist with parts of my workflow, it never replaces human expertise.

Every audit, keyword strategy, optimization, pin package, recommendation, and publishing decision is reviewed, refined, and approved by me. If something doesn’t align with your brand, your audience, or current Pinterest best practices, it doesn’t make it into your account.

My goal isn’t to produce content faster, it’s to produce better Pinterest strategies backed by research, testing, and continuous refinement.
Technology helps me work more efficiently. Your strategy remains human-led.

I believe AI is an exceptional assistant, but a poor strategist. That’s why every client account benefits from human judgment, experience, and ongoing analysis.
